Tuesday Night Food and Run Club aka” Torture Tuesdays” or “Tuesday Nighters” is an informal food and running group focusing on strength training, natural running form and eating. Basically we do a lot of lunges, try to run on our mid-foot and over indulging ourselves with delicious food. Food tends to be a bigger priority than training sometimes.
Since our groups inception, we have not only welcome runners of varying backgrounds, but also other athletes such as dragon boaters, basketball players and people with a general interest in fitness. If you enjoy working out and stuff your face, then you need to join us.
